time flies and the number of the people who seem to like what I do grows quickly - now there is 4000 of you which is still a bit surreal for me😅
so I thought this would be a good time to share some info for those who read these little descriptions!
My name is Anna, and I’m working as a concept/lead artist at a company that makes casino games. I create highly detailed and rendered art for slot games with quite strict instructions which often leave me exhausted for the day, so I started this 365 day challenge to preserve my innate creativity and sanity, so it is done purely for fun!🤍
I draw all kinds of stuff that make me happy, help me cope with life and its challenges, or just seems fun.

I do take commissions from time to time, but I’m very slow with them due to the short amount of free time I have. After I’m done with work, my next priority is my personal project, everything else comes after.
Because of the tight schedule, I rarely got the time to do more complex pieces and paintings for fun, just for myself, hence the sketches, but sometimes I try to make progress with bigger images. This one is part of a more ambitious group picture I started last year.

As many other artists, I also struggle with the insecurity of not being good enough in my field, and I do wish to learn and strengthen my skills, but this is a comfort project, where I let myself make mistakes, be imperfect, a work in progress. The fact that so many people like it as it is is staggering for me and I’m truly humbled🤍

I may do another q&a in the near future, and if there is an interest, I may start posting short process videos for some of the pieces☺️
