'The Blades of the Sword Coast'

I can't begin to describe how long this piece took me and not just because of the painting hours I had to put in, but how emotionally challenging it has been.

This is one of my fondest D&D groups ever, and dare I say, most lethal. :D By the time I got down most of the details, the appearances - and then the personnel - of the group changed so much that I just stopped painting for a while. By the end of the game only one of these characters was still present, everybody else died or got separated from the group by circumstance.

But I never really gave up on finishing this piece, a group pic frozen in time.🤍❄
It was truly one of our most epic story and I'm eternally grateful to have had the chance to play with these wonderful people 🤍🤍🤍
